Order Processing & Fulfillment
All of our products are custom-made just for you by our third-party manufacturing and design partners. This on-demand model means that we do not hold inventory.

Processing Time: It typically takes our partners 2-7 business days to create and fulfill an order before it is shipped. During peak seasons, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
Shipping Information
We utilize third-party warehousing and shipping accounts to get your products to you efficiently.

Domestic Shipping: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days for most destinations within the United States.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly for international orders. Once shipped, delivery can take anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that if you order multiple items, they may be manufactured and shipped from different partners. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive a separate shipping notification and tracking number for each package.
International Orders & Customs Fees
For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.
