RNK Apparel Co. offers made-to-order custom apparel that lets customers personalize their products with their own designs, logos, text, names, numbers, and other creative elements.

Because custom products are created from customer-provided content, additional policies apply to all custom orders. By placing a custom order with RNK Apparel Co., the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this page.

Made-to-Order Custom Products

All custom apparel sold by RNK Apparel Co. is made to order after an order is placed. Custom items are produced using the exact designs, text, colors, and specifications submitted by the customer at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details carefully before completing their order.

Content Guidelines for Custom Orders

RNK Apparel Co. does not permit custom designs that include:

Profanity or obscene language
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Explicit or sexually suggestive material
Content promoting violence or illegal activity
Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

RNK Apparel Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that contains prohibited content.

Intellectual Property & Trademark Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any logos, designs, graphics, text, or other content submitted for customization do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Trademarks
Copyrighted images
Logos owned by leagues, teams, organizations, or brands

By submitting content for customization, the customer represents and warrants that they own the rights to use the submitted content or have obtained proper authorization from the rights holder.

RNK Apparel Co. does not verify ownership or licensing of customer-submitted content and assumes no responsibility or liability for intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.

Order Review & Production Accuracy

RNK Apparel Co. produces custom apparel based on the files, text, and specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Spelling is correct
Names and numbers are accurate
Colors and design placements are approved
Uploaded files are final and ready for production

Once production begins, changes to custom orders may not be possible.

Returns, Refunds, and Custom Products

Because custom products are made to order using customer-provided content, custom items are not eligible for return or exchange unless:

The product has a manufacturing defect
The product was produced incorrectly compared to the approved order
The wrong product was sent

If an issue occurs, customers must contact RNK Apparel Co. within the timeframe outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation

Custom orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Right to Refuse Service

RNK Apparel Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any custom order that violates this Custom Product Policy or other published policies, including orders containing prohibited or inappropriate content.
