Yes. All RNK Apparel Co. products are made to order after a purchase is placed, including both custom and non-custom items.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders require production time before shipping. Production and estimated delivery timelines are dependent on multiple variables: size of order, complexity of customization, time of year, and production volume. For questions or specific time deadlines, please contact info@hockeybag.com.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective, produced incorrectly, or the wrong item was sent.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. RNK Apparel Co. ships to both the United States and Canada. Orders are fulfilled through production partners located in both countries.
How much does shipping cost?
