Made-to-Order Products

All RNK Apparel Co. products are made to order, including both custom and non-custom apparel. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Returns and Refunds

RNK Apparel Co. will gladly offer a replacement or refund only in the following situations:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was produced incorrectly (e.g., incorrect design, misprint)

  • The wrong product was sent compared to the original order

If your order qualifies under one of the above conditions, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a replacement or refund for an eligible issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@hockeybag.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps, which may include a replacement item or a refund.

Resolution Options

For approved claims, RNK Apparel Co. will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A refund to the original method of payment

The resolution method will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that were ordered with correct customization and produced as approved

  • Items with size or color preferences selected incorrectly by the customer

  • Items showing normal wear, damage, or misuse after delivery

  • Items reported outside the 7-day reporting window

Shipping Costs

If a return or replacement is approved due to a defect or fulfillment error, RNK Apparel Co. will cover any applicable shipping costs associated with the resolution.
